Hi Pankaj,
Thanks for reaching out! So let's start with the strengths in your profile. GMAT score is great and puts you above the median for a school like INSEAD (704). You don't mention your Quant / Verbal breakdown but hopefully you have at least a 47 raw score on the Quant. The fact that you have work experience in two countries is great and sets you apart from applicants who have only worked in India (which is a competitive demographic). Having management experience is a plus too, as is your entrepreneurial experience. I think your resume is going to be a good tool for you to showcase your responsibilities in those roles and highlight what you've accomplished. And definitely weaving some stories into your essays that highlight key skills like motivating others, managing complex projects, analyzing data, collaborating with diverse groups, etc. You don't mention your post-MBA career goals but that will be an important part of your story too!
Your BTech grades seem OK, maybe not stellar, though I'm not sure which university and how they'll interpret those (difficult to just evaluate based on the %). Not having extracurriculars since college could be a potential weakness, though this is typically more important for US schools. Also if you run a business in your free time that also demonstrates a passion for photography, so it may be less of an issue in your case.
So overall I think you're a strong candidate
and the schools you listed seem appropriate, especially since you have a range. INSEAD and IMD will likely be the most competitive of the ones you listed. I think you're right to look beyond the rankings too - those can change from year to year anyway! For a discussion of other important factors, you may want to check out our free program selection guide (

Good luck!!
