Hello there,
I am targeting Top 25 MBAs in U.S, however, the early part of my college career is unimpressive.
I would love some advice regarding my profile.
*Profile:
1. Age: 31
2. College Career (2003 to 2010): - Started my college year at Washington State Univ. 2.40 GPA with 62 credits. I failed few classes and retook them (2003 to 2006) "Unimpressive Part"
- Joined Army for couple years. (As a Translator/Secretary for Executive officers) (2006 to 2008)
- Returned and transferred to Bellevue Community College (Now Bellevue College), finishing with 3.54 GPA (30 credits) (2008 to 2009)
- Transferred and graduated from Seattle University with 3.11 GPA (92 Credits) with Finance Major (Ranked, by U.S News, Top 20 finance program in nation, 2009 to 2010)
3. Post College Career (2011 to Present) - Started my career as Feasibility Analyst and Brand Retail Consultant at food retail company in Korea
- Positioning as Team Leader at Brand Innovation Team at food franchise company. (Family Business)
*Total full-time working experience
= over 6 years (2 years in Army before graduation / 4 years post-grad)

Current Preparing for MBA:
1. Targeted School: - UCLA, USC, Cornell, UW, Georgetown
2. Target GMAT score: - over 700
As I mentioned above, the early part of my college career is very disappointing.
I'm sure I have to explain clearly through the interview and the essay, but.....
Q#1. how badly will my GPA hurt my chance to admit to the targeted schools that I listed above?
Q#2. and with my GPA, what are the chances to admit with
under 700 GMAT score? (maybe from 650 to 700 range)
Q#3. Should I take a couple of masters-level classes? and try to get all As?
(I'm looking at online masters-level classes from Boston Univ or NYU or Indiana Univ. Focusing on Marketing and Accounting Classes)
