Hmmm, well, that's not a ton of information to evaluate!

Your grades seem good, and 5 years experience is a good amount and close to the average of most programs, but that doesn't tell me a whole lot. What are you responsible for in your job? Have you been promoted or how have your responsibilities progressed? Do you have any team management or project management experience? Have you had any international exposure? Significant leadership roles? Why do you want an MBA? What are your career goals post-MBA? These are the sorts of things that make a big difference in your story and without knowing more of that, it's difficult to advise. Plus, if your extracurriculars are weak, then you're going to need to stand out on that story as those "intangibles" are what will help you differentiate your profile amongst a very competitive applicant pool. The GMAT is an important factor too, so without even knowing a range of what your practice scores are, it's just really hard to advise on your chances. But the very top programs (top 10 in US) are really tough for Indian applicants and require close to or above median GMAT scores, which means 730+ for most top programs. Feel free to share more info, or come back once you've got your GMAT score and we can chat further! Good luck!
