Please evaluate my profile

Target: Columbia, Booth, Haas, McComb, Mays, Anderson

GMAT: Yet to be taken but expecting between 650-700
Age: 24 years
Gender: Female
Country: Pakistan

Previous Qualification:
-Bachelors of Business Administration from LUMS(one of the top 2 Business schools in the country). Graduated 3rd in undergraduate class with a 3.70 GPA. My school used absolute grading system for all courses and GPA calculation.
-Very strong HighSchool grades. Straight As in O' Levels and A' Levels in all subjects. Concentration was Business subjects.

Work Experience: Been almost an year. Working in a small size private brokerage firm since as opposed to MNC jobs that were available to me. Reason is that I plan to start a brokerage firm myself and thought this kind of job will give me first hand experience. I started here as a research assistant but now handle trades and managerial aspects. Report directly to the CEO.

Also suggest some realistic target b-schools if the ones mentioned seem a hard play. Thank You

I think you should gain some work experience first - atleast another two years, before you apply to these colleges.
