Hi!
Good for you for thinking so far ahead

Your GPA is great, well done! The consulting experience should be great too....focus on being a high performer, having strong mentors who can recommend you when it comes time, getting project management and if possible team lead experience, and international exposure is a nice plus too if that's possible! 2 years is a little on the early side but not unheard of for consultants depending on how quickly you progress...but 3-4 years sounds more reasonable.
You don't mention anything about community involvement or extracurriculars so that could be an area to improve between now and when you apply. I know that can be tough to do while consulting but first, try to get involved in committees / volunteer work at your consulting firm and then find 1 or 2 interests or causes you're really passionate about outside of work (fewer with longer tenure and greater leadership is better than pursuing a bunch of different activities).
Otherwise, research / visit / engage with your target schools over time and do some research about post-MBA career options so when it comes time you have a very specific and compelling story to tell about why you need an MBA at that point.
Last but not least, GMAT...did you only take it once? What was your quant / verbal breakdown? Were you practicing higher than 710? Get back to me on those questions but right now, I'd lean towards giving it one more shot. You don't need to since 710 is a very strong score and you have a great GPA but 710 is below the median for the top 10 schools, and those medians could increase in 2-4 years!
