Hi!
Your work experience sounds strong, and your international exposure is great. But your academic stats are going to present a challenge, so I'm glad you're retaking the GMAT. Focus on Verbal mostly, your Quant score is very strong already. Also is it possible to add any extracurricular activities? Everything you listed is not very recent or work-related which doesn't "count" as much. Or maybe you have some interesting hobbies or personal circumstances that could show how you will contribute something unique to the class?
With your current stats I think schools like Kellogg, Haas and INSEAD will be quite tough, so hopefully you can apply with a stronger GMAT score, or maybe you should expand your list to include a few other programs around the Goizueta level. Also, plan to write an Optional Essay about your GPA to show self-awareness that it's a weakness and to explain any causes of it being low.
Good luck, and keep us posted on how things turn out!
