I'm a German female, 24 years old and would like to apply for 2017 (therefore I'll be 25 by then)
GMAT 700 - I'll retake it in 3 weeks (My practice test scores were all at 740-790)
Bachelor in Media and Communication Management GPA of 3.57 - private university in Germany, classes were entirely in English, my Bachelor thesis was 'The Potential of Hemp in the Textile Industry - an Empirical Analysis of the Sustainable Trend in Germany and how Hemp fits in; Grade 1.3
one semester abroad in San Diego, California at the National University
in 2011 I did a 1 year 4-languages-diploma in Business English, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian; I also speak some Greek because my grandfather is Greek
Work experience:
one practical semester where I worked at Pro7Sat.1 Media AG (One of Germany's biggest mass media companies) for 5 months
I have founded 'Humans of Munich' a platform were people in the Munich area could tell their story - I was responsible for the execution of interviews, translation work, maintenance of social media channels & presswork - I worked 1 year for it
Since 2006 I have worked in my father's company with mentally disabled people; we mainly organize events and trips
I am currently working on my own start-up (sustainable fashion) - since Febrauary 2016
I am waiting for replies on my internship applications, I hope to work at Munich Re starting in September
Extracurricula activities:
Buddy Program: A program in my university where we helped foreign students who came to Germany for their studies
(M)ein Englischer Garten: A project were we created a concept of how to reunite the English Garden in Munich, making it the biggest park area in the world
Creation of corporate designs; for clients in line with my studies (e.g. Zahnatelier Selz)
Compilation of marketing concepts; for clients in line with my studies (e.g. Veltis)
Refugees: I organized a team that drove to the border to provide food and water to refugees
Hobbies: Scuba diving, horse-back-riding, tennis, golf, piano, electric guitar, skiing, aerial hoop
Sports: Tennis Team Captain
Acting lessons for over 5 years; theater experience
Wharton Online Course 'Introduction to Corporate Finance'
Member of Mensa/MinD: An organization where you have to have an IQ over 130 to get accepted
I know I don't have much relevant work experience, but there are sometimes applicants who get accepted nevertheless.
Do you think I have a chance of getting accepted to a good/top MBA?
I have thought about doing an MiM but then I'd probably never do the MBA, therefore I would prefer an MBA.
I have thought about enrolling into a Master's program in Germany that I can do while working as an intern to be eligible to apply for the Harvard 2+2 program. Do you think I have any chance of getting accepted?

Your profile is really interesting and I see a lot of strong points, like your international exposure, your entrepreneurial interests, and your involvement in a lot of varied activities and interests. By the way, I love the Englischer Garten, very beautiful park.
There are also not many applicants from the fashion industry, so that can help to set you apart. I think it could be a potential concern that you are young, and your work experience seems a bit disjointed. But I think that you can overcome that challenge by demonstrating clear reasons for an MBA now, a well-thought post-MBA career plan, and a high degree of maturity and self-awareness. Will you be able to secure recommendation letters from 2 people you've worked with recently on a professional basis? I know that can be a challenge for those who work in family businesses and start-ups.
Academically, your GPA is great, nice work. Your GMAT is strong too, but if you want to aim for the very top programs I think retaking is a smart idea. Especially since you were practicing much higher.
Harvard's 2+2 program is extremely competitive so you could give that option a shot, but I wouldn't pursue that Master's degree just for that reason.
