I would really appreciate if you can evaluate my profile and provide feedback in terms of schools I should target. I am a 25 year old Pakistan national working in HR finance of ENGIE. My job pertains to following:
Budget in excess of $ 7 million
Operation and Management Agreement implementation worth $ 20 million
Managing ethnically diverse local population of Power Plant located in remote site
Managing Compensation and Benefit Policy
Corporate Communications
Hiring for Young Leaders Program
Implementation of ERP software
Spearheading Job appreciation program to improve inter department culture
Organizing team Building exercises
Managing global and regional financial reportings
GMAT Score: 680 V: 35 / 76% Q: 48 / 73% AWA: 5.5 / 81% Analytical: 8 / 92%
Undergrad: BSc in Accounting and Finance from LUMS (Pakistan Top Business School) GPA: 3.28
Extracurricular: Soccer player for University and College team, Elected Member of University Student Council, Vice President Art Society, Artist in Residence Muslim Jewish Conference Slovakia

Hey there,
Thanks for writing!!!
So a few thoughts on your profile:
1. You are relatively young. If you believe you can get a higher GMAT score, I would urge you to go for it. You only do B-school ONCE, and especially since your pool is quite competitive, if you go in with a higher GMAT, it will help. 2. I'd love to hear more about your goals, and how you SPECIFICALLY and EXPLICITLY intend to do this. And also WHY you need an MBA to do so. How will your firm work? How will it be different from existing firms and methods.
3. Otherwise in your profile, the strongest thing I can see is that you have a bunch of team hiring leading training achievements, and I think with those you can build yourself a strong leadership profile.
4. And the most curious thing for me was your art experience, and I'd love to hear more about that too.
Overall though with your current work experience and GMAT, I'd say you'd have to play it relatively safe, and schools in the 20-50 range would be about right. If you improve your GMAT however, you can likely apply to higher ranked schools.
