Could you please evaluate my profile?
Nationality: Central Asian, was born in the emerging country.
Gender: Female
Education: Top Russian University (Bsc Economics)
Grades: during my first year my grades were really bad ( the last in the class, E,D,Cs), but after my second year started to study and my grades were (A and Bs only) During the last year of education- top 10% of the class. there is no GPA in my university. Could you please tell me how it is calculated?
accomplishments: Scholarship for talented youths (full coverage of fees), CFA 2nd level passed, involved in charity, was the VP in university student club.
work experience: during my studying- intern in corporate finance department- 5 months, after graduation 6m of internship in financial department of top russian company in Moscow, now- financial consultant in Business valuation of Big 4 ( when i will apply to school- it will be 7 months).
Ielts: 7.5
Gmat: I am currently preparing now (hope to have 770)
I want to apply to Msc Financial economics in one of the top schools (Ivy)
Could you please tell me what I should pay attention to? And are my grades during 1st year in college serious problem?

Hey there,
Well overall I think your profile is pretty good. As a female candidate from a central asian country (very rare for B-school) your profile will be interesting. Your work expeirence is good and internships seem great as well. I think the only thing to really worry about now is that GMAT. If you can really pull a 770, you should have no problem getting into top MFin programs if your essays and recommendations are equally excellent.
