I think you have a lot of good things going on in your profile...your academics/GPA are really strong, and show a great track record. Sounds like you've had really strong recognition at work too and been a very high performer. I think you should plan to highlight things like the trainings you've led, the impact of your work to improve efficiency, and the time spent overseas. Do be careful about making your responsibilities seem too technical, and make sure to emphasize any strong soft skills too (e.g., communication, teamwork, motivating/influencing others, etc.).
The lack of current extracurriculars is a weakness (though less so at non-US schools from what I hear). but if you have time, start something up there or if not, think about what other personal stories, interests, or characteristics might demonstrate you are a well-rounded individual.
As for GMAT, I'd aim for 710-720 if you're targeting ISB. That should open up some other good options too.

What are some other b-shools with good reputation of MBA in Operations Domain.

Beside ISB what are other schools I can consider, with the given profile.
I know this is very average profile, what can I do to improve this....doing some MOOC in Operations is one thing that I have planned not sure how this will impact my application.
