You're ultimately asking Admissions questions, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. There's a Forum full of them here:

The more specific that you can be when describing the situation, the easier it will be for those Experts to offer you advice (beyond the general questions that you're asking). If you know the specific Schools/Programs that you want to apply to, then that would help. In addition, have you taken the GMAT yet? If you don't have an Official Score to work with, then it would be difficult for anyone to define your 'chances' of getting into any specific School.
