The basic reason for MBA
Though selection process at PSU is very rigorous, after getting selected, Jobs at PSU offer very little challenges.
Work is full of Monotony. One will feel stagnated after working for few years. You get promotions after every 3 years but
the nature of works remain same for at least 15 years. You have wait too long to become GM, even if you talented.
Please do suggest the name of few colleges to which I can apply
Hey there dude,
Well you have a very nice GMAT which is great! And a pretty good GPA too (Although not from a famous school). It seems that you have both some advancement and some leadership at your work, although you do lack a bit in the "international experience" and in the volunteer work sides of things (although what you have is good).
If you can construct good goals and a great story, I think it would be reasonable for you to apply somewhere within the 10-30 range, taking into consideration your tough applicant pool and your work experience.
