Hey dude,
Great to hear from you!
So you have three very good employers on your resume which will definitely help you stand out. Yet, at the same time there is something a bit "Standard" about your job. What that means is that it will be all the more important for you to find ways to stand out, one way or another with your profile, be it with your volunteer work or personal background or whatever.
As things stand though, your school list is far too challenging for you.
First and foremost your GMAT is 20 UNDER the average for Top 10 schools, whereas if you want a realistic chance it needs to be 20 points ABOVE the average!
I will refer you to two articles which should help give you some practical insight on what this means and why:

Soooooo ultimately I think this means you have two real choices:
1. Retake the GMAT and plan for an application either R2 or next year
2. Adjust your school list.
And maybe a combination of both would be wisest.
