Hey
AlibekYesThanks for posting. Exciting stuff here -- we don't see people like you very often! Kazakhstan, great GPA, 740, Schlumberger/Eurasian...a great combo. You mention the importance of a scholarship so the two schools I highly recommend applying to are UCLA, which has been very generous with money in the past, and also Arizona-Carey. (Read this about Carey:

(They also tend to like mining. But really it depends more on the type of work you do and your recs.) CBS has a special scholarship you can apply for as an international student but I haven't seen a full-ride. More like $25k. Georgetown however may be generous.
I sometimes get a little worried about procurement roles but I assume your type of procurement is in the multi-million and possibly even billion dollar territory. Just make sure you make that clear and it shines on your CV. We don't want them to think you're a pencil pusher.
Hope that helps!
Krista
