Hi there, and thanks for writing! While your GMAT score is within the range for the programs you've listed, if you have the time to take it again (depending on when you are applying) boosting the overall could help offset your GPA. Your quant score at 47 is solid though, which is important. I would also consider USC (since you're interested in entertainment) and perhaps UCLA and Ross as stretch schools. I'd hesitate to recommend Wisconsin Madison since this MBA program is in flux (they were going to scrap it, and then decide to reinstate it right afterwards...) but you may want to consider Mendoza and Olin (WashU). In any case, you'll want to explain your GPA in the Optional Essay.
Hope that helps a bit! Let me know of any other questions

Hello!
Thank you for evaluating my profile.
Female/Asian American/29
GMAT: 690 (Q47 V38 - 2nd attempt)
GPA: 2.8 (University of California - Business Admin)
WE: Mostly brand marketing in consumer products in the entertainment (think Warner Bros., Disney etc) and toy industry (ex: Hasbro, Mattel etc)
Target Schools: Wisconsin Madison, Emory Goizueta, Indiana Kelley, Washington Olin
Post MBA: Brand Marketing for CPG company (P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, etc)
EC: Business Fraternity Alumni Mentor
Knowing that my profile is weak all over, is it worth taking the GMAT again to make up for the low GPA?
Should I target some other schools?
Thanks for your help!
