You haven't mentioned GMAT or undergrad GPA, which are both critical components in terms of your chances. In general you want to at least hit a school's average, but in your case as an Indian male you actually want to exceed it. When it comes to b-school applications the toughest demographic is Indian males. The good news though is that you don't come from an engineering background, which is the typical profile for that demographic; your accounting experience will definitely set you apart.

All that said, your best bet is going to actually be EMBA programs given how many years of experience you have. Average years of work experience at top 20 b-schools is typically 3-5 years & at 8 you are quite a bit over, which puts you at a disadvantage. When you have too many years of experience b-schools worry you no longer need the degree anymore & it gets much tougher to make a convincing argument. That said, your years of work experience will be within range for EMBAs and those programs are also easier to get into. You will need a job that you can do while attending school though, so since it's not clear where are you located I'm not sure if that will be a challenge for you or not. It's definitely something to consider though if you can make it work!

I hope that helps!
