It's good that you went to IIT but assuming you are an Indian male, you're coming from the toughest demographic out there when it comes to b-school apps (it's slightly better if you are a female) & it's one that has very high GMAT scores. For top 10-20 schools typically the average GMAT for Indian males with an engineering/IT background is 740+ and you will be compared against that group.
Consulting is also one of the most popular post-MBA goals for this demographic (along with product manager in a tech firm) so that makes things tougher for you as well in terms of competitiveness of your application & standing out from the crowd.
A lot will depend on the impact you've had at work - i.e., have you been able to use business skills to drive measurable impact on your company. But generally speaking based on the stats you shared here, I would target top 15-25 schools (we typically us US News & World Report rankings). Tepper, UNC & Emory would all be good options to consider although with all of them it would definitely help to get your GMAT up. In my experience those schools tend to admit more applicants from your background than many other schools.
