Hi there!

Thanks for sharing your profile. Your current work is quite unique and seems really strong. I especially like the leadership you can show in managing a budget and coordinating all those programs, and also like the interaction with government + school stakeholders. I would love to see how that ties in to your post MBA goals though -- the connection doesn't seem to be there in terms of PE. Plus, PE is a tough field to break into, especially without any banking background.

Only other concern is that your GPA seems a bit low (though I assume you are converting to a 4.0 scale? You won't need to do that when you apply, schools are well versed in assessing transcripts from Indian universities). To mitigate the GPA, the CFA does help a bit, but GMAT will be super important for you.

Even if you raise your score to 730 / 740, you've still got a school list that skews a bit too competitive in my view, especially H/S/W. Make sure you've got some other options outside the top 10 to give yourself a range, especially if the GMAT does not go as well as you hope!

Thanks, and good luck!
Kate
