What is your undergraduate GPA? I didn't see that.
2.5 years is a little light on the work experience side, but it sounds like you've had good leadership in starting and expanding your own firm. Impressive! Also great to have some international exposure. Your extra-curricular activities are very strong too.
The schools you list make sense with your goals, but it is a pretty competitive list. I think your chances at Harvard and Stanford in particular will be very low, and tough too at Booth and MIT. Consider other schools known for banking like Cornell, NYU, LBS to round out your list.
