Hi, Hammad here. I got a 740 in GMAT and a 3.59/4.00 in B.E Mechanical. I did my final year project at my country's space agency and am the primary author of a conference paper. For my extra curriculars, I have been on leading positions in my university clubs. Currently working for over a year at an E&P company as a projects engineer, due to my performance I can get really good recommendation letters from company's top management. Kindly evaluate me for top US business schools.
Thankyou

Hi there, and thanks for writing! The top U.S. schools generally heavily prefer 2 years or more work experience, with the average being 4-5 years. Your academics are strong - if you can continue to progress and make meaningful impact at work and continue your extracurricular involvement to the extent possible, you'll be a strong candidate in a few more years. Hope that helps for now - let me know of any questions!
