Hi, thanks for your time!
Please evaluate my profile:

Background and nationality : Russian male, 29; First generation college graduate.

Undergrad Information : I had started Math and IT degree in home city, after 3 years decided to change my life and moved to Finland to study Industrial management ( bachelor of engineering ). I have also finished MBAMath course with 100% in each section.

GMAT: 740 q49 v41

Work experience and leadership: 5 years, Consulting with Pwc and DuPont; PE/family office and consulting with boutique; now Business development in international mining company. Current position: Senior analyst.
Managed up to 10 people (as a part of projects).
Worked in Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Germany.

Community and others: Unfortunately not much. When I studied in Finland I made a trip to hometown to visit 6 high schools to inform pupils about opportunities to study for free abroad ( made presentation and video with interviews of current students )

Post MBA goals :
Tech or consulting (maybe entrepreneurship )

Anything else:
I have very poor GPA ( about 2.6 - hard to calculate because of Finnish grading system )
Reason: I had to pay for my living in Finland myself , so I worked as a morning postman (from 2 am till 6 am 6 days a week)

Once again thank you very much for your time.
Also if somebody has an offer to help me with admission consulting please send me PM

You've got a unique b background for sure & although your GPA is low you have a compelling reason that you can explain in the optional essay, & the strong GMAT score will also compensate for it for sure. In terms of target schools, a lot is going to depend on your post-MBA goals so I think the first step is to clarify those. The adcom wants to see one clear, strong ST & LT goal -- and your whole argument for why you need the MBA rests on those goals. You want an alignment between the skill gaps you need to fill & what that school specializes in. That said, just based on what you shared here I'd recommend targeting top 15 schools based on US News and World Report.

And if you are looking for an admissions consultant, definitely reach out to Claudia at claudia@admissionado.com and she can set you up with a free consultation with one of our MBA consultants!
