Unfortunately it's going to be difficult to get in with a GMAT score that low. If ND is your top choice, one option would be to retake the GMAT & submit a (hopefully) higher score asap. There is no guarantee that they'll officially accept it since it will be past the deadline, but it's worth a shot & I think if you can get the score in soon they will most likely take it into consideration. But it sounds like you have a deadline coming up to place a deposit at Vanderbilt as well?

Yes my deadline for Vanderbilt is coming up. I just heard from Notre Dame today inviting me for an interview so I will have to wait and see
