Need your help evaluating my profile:
Gmat Score: 730
GPA: Using GMAT Score Matrix 4.0 (Need more clarity on this whether I can simply using GMAT's GPA Matrix)
Nationality: Indian
Work Experience:
1. 3+ Years at one of the Big Three MBB (BCG, Mckinsey, Bain)
Worked across the following industries
1.a. Retail , Oil and Gas : Spent Almost Half a year in SEA with Client (Indonesia, Singapore)
1.b. Retail : North Asia (6 months)
1.c. Automotive: Bombay, India 6 Months
Education: B.Tech (Top 10-20 Government University Non IIT) - Can be more specific over PMs
Internships (Selected Few):
1.Worked with Teach For India (affiliated with Teach for All) for a brief period
2. Product Management Intern at a leading India based OTA (e.g. Kayak, Priceline)
Can share more details if the need be.
Target Schools:
Would request your help in aiming Top 20 Schools (Including M7 if there's a possibility). Owing to personal reasons I would really like to see my chances in LBS and INSEAD.

Thanks for reaching out! It would be great to get a bit more detail about you (PM is totally fine!) to be able to give you more direction, but here are some top-line thoughts.
As you probably know, you are coming from the toughest demographic when it comes to b-school applications and it's also a group that tends to have very high GMAT scores (740+ for top 20 schools). A 730 is a solid score but if it's possible to improve it at all that will definitely help your chances.
I'm also not 100% sure if you're applying from India or from the US. It's definitely going to help if you are coming from the US or if you have US work experience. And in terms of your GPA, there are lots of online tools you can use to convert it. Most schools use WES.
In terms of work experience, it's great that you have an MBB on your resume but it will also really depend on what you did there. If you were in a client-facing consultant role AWESOME - that will definitely make you stand out from the crowd. If you were an analyst, however, it will be a bit less impressive. That's not to say you can't get into a top 20 school, but it's a LOT harder to get a job as a consultant than it is as an analyst -- and it's also a lot more common to see Indian applicants who have worked as analysts so it's a bit tougher to differentiate yourself. Again, that's not to say it's impossible, but there will just be a bit more work to be done to make sure you stand out from the crowd.
Your internships won't matter much. They're so long ago & the adcom really cares about full time work experience. That said, they will ideally want to see some extracurriculars. The most common ones among Indian applicants are working for an NGO or tutoring so if you have something that is NOT one of those things all the better (again when it comes to differentiating yourself).
