Hi SanyaMohan,
Wow! That's a tight timeline to apply to so many schools (and with challenging essays etc.)
I think there are many interesting things in your background (some real responsibility managing the clinics, international experience, presumably good (? hinted-at ?) extracurriculars, and a pretty good GMAT that's right around the target for these schools). My biggest question/confusion is on your work experience. I'm trying to work out how you completed your undergrad and then your fellowship (are you counting that as work experience?), and THEN a charitable organization and then your own venture of a non profit PHC and now managing a chain...all within 3 years. It seems like a lot of jumping around, and if I were evaluating you, I'd be trying to understand whether these are related moves that make sense in a whole, or whether they are less connected. Still, I'd probably prefer if you had some more experience so we could see you really learn and grow in your latest role, which sounds impressive...so if you wanted the best chance, I'd wait. Most of the schools on your list look for 5-6 years of experience, so I'd be worried about your 3. That said, if you go ahead and apply, make sure that in your essays, your story makes sense and shows the impact you had on these organizations and clearly connects them to well-articulated goals. Be sure to explain why now, too....The other area I'd wonder about is the academic side. We know your GMAT (though not the splits - they'll look very carefully at your quant side), but what was your undergraduate work like? They tend to look for high GPAs, and also relevant coursework. Have you taken things like economics, statistics, and business classes? If not, that is always another good area to build up as you look to apply by enrolling in some coursework to show you can be successful in a business school curriculum...the only trouble is time and the deadlines.
Best of luck whatever you decide!
