HI there! Thanks for reaching out! It's tough to give you advice on target schools without knowing your GMAT score. You want to hit or ideally exceed the average score at a school in order to be competitive so you can use that as a guide. Your work experience looks solid & most schools want applicants with 3-5 years of experience upon matriculation so you are right in range. It will be critical to be able to show that you've driven quantifiable results at work. Since you are coming from an engineering background you also want to be sure to highlight the business skills you've used so you don't come across as a purely technical applicant. The GMAT will be important there too, to convince the adcom that you are up for the rigors of b-school. Finally, your post-MBA goals are an important piece of your overall candidacy since your argument for why you need the MBA hinges on those.
