Hi - thank you for writing, and props to you for planning your application strategy in advance!
You have a very strong GPA along with solid work experience. Have you received any promotions in the time you've been at your company? If not, this is something I'd focus on trying to earn if possible before applying (but if you have - then great!) Your extracurriculars both within and post-college are quite strong as well - be sure to highlight your main collegiate involvement and post-collegiate involvement on your resume!
Regarding what I'd focus on:
- The GMAT, of course - but it looks like you're on your way to a good score
- Trying to secure high-profile projects at work and build relationships with your potential recommenders
- Fleshing out your short and long-term career goals - not just WHAT they are but WHY you've chosen them - what drives your aspirations? AdComs want to see your motivations, and being introspective in your essays can help you stand out
Hope this helps! Do keep me posted on any other questions.
StoicBread
Thank you in advance!
