Hi
Manishraj080,
Thanks for reaching out. Glad that you narrowed in on those three programs, as they suit your experience level well. And the full-time nature leads to a much more immersive experience than an EMBA.
Your work experience sounds very strong and should demonstrate many of the qualities those programs are looking for -- progression in your responsibilities, people leadership, P&L responsibility, international exposure. Your letters of recommendation will be very important for these programs so hopefully you have some good options (as a startup founder I know that can be trickier, but think of external advisors/board members, or even clients/suppliers).
The involvement in activities is great too.
While GMAT is typically a bit less important for those programs than it is for the traditional 2 year option, those are very selective programs, so if you're confident of being able to raise your score, I would definitely retake. Plus, your GPAs seem fine, not stellar, so it could help you to boost the academic side of your profile.
Lastly make sure you've reached out to the programs directly -- try to speak to current fellows, perhaps even set up a chat with an admissions rep to get feedback on your profile.
Note: if you're considering 1 year programs, you could look at more programs in Europe like IE, IMD, Oxford/Cambridge. In the US, there are fewer 1 year options, but Kellogg has one, as does USC Marshall if you wanted exposure on the West Coast.
Good luck!
Kate
