Hi, and thanks for writing! Given your GPA and that admissions is particularly competitive for Indian applicants, I'd see if you could pull up your GMAT (which already is solid) even higher.
Community/extracurricular involvement, especially in a leadership capacity, can really help round out a candidacy. Is it possible for you to get more heavily involved in Teach for India or another such program between now and when you apply?
Regarding your work experience - what matters more than the duration is the progression you've had and the impact you've made. Have you been promoted and/or had significant increases in responsibility and compensation in your career so far? Also, are you confident about being able to secure excellent recommendations?
Right now, I would say HEC, NUS, SDA are good targets, and other programs you've listed likely are a reach. I'd also consider UNC Kenan-Flagler, LBS, Oxford Said, Cambridge Judge, and HKUST.
