Dear team,
Hi @jai4everGMAT-- overall you have a good background for MBA programs-- as noted already, do you have the language requirement covered? Why INSEAD? And what do you want to do post MBA? A program like Rotman may like your multinational work experience and be a bit more forgiving on your GMAT. 720 while good, is not great from your pool-- but with strong work experience and clear goals for MBA this can be overcome. This is a great time to do research from afar-- here's an article to get you started:
https://stratusadmissionscounseling.com ... ram-india/No matter where you look, do strengthen your leadership. It may be more of calling out what you already do-- such as leadership at work. I don't think you can just join an NGO a few months prior to applications and think that will cover it. This year coming up however, will be different and lots of opportunities. So do your research now-- I'm not sure INSEAD is the best fit for the profile here-- so do broaden to make sure you have options. But if after your research you still want INSEAD and meet the criteria they have, then give it a shot. If you want to do a free consult to learn more, go to this link:
