Work ex - 6+ Years
Martial Status - Married
Companies worked for -
1. Coal India Limited ( Largest coal mining company in world) - Asst. Manager - 3 years -
Handling a entire open cast mine with 42 ppl directly working under me with lot of cost improvement done in project.
2. Narayana Healthcare (Hospital sector) - Senior Manager
Handled material planning of 21 hospitals across Pan India with lot of cost improvement & automation done
3. Wipro Consumer Care & Lightning - Manager Planning
Demand planning of 8 SKU's constituting 200cr+ portfolio, handling's primary logistic movement

Jai,
One of the key criteria for INSEAD is international motivation. Have you had any international exposure so far? Your leadership experiences seem to be good and you will have to use these aptly to show your ability to deal with/ manage/ influence/ persuade different types of people, while also being open to their ideas and views. This would apply to every MBA program. Coming back to INSEAD, I would ask you to reconsider if you don't have international work experience.

That said, you do have a good profile for other MBA programs, so you will still have several options before you. Enhancing your extracurricular activities is going to be a requirement even for other applications, so you should quickly get started on this.
