Dear team,
Hi @jai4everGMAT-- overall you have a good background for MBA programs-- as noted already, do you have the language requirement covered? Why INSEAD? And what do you want to do post MBA? A program like Rotman may like your multinational work experience and be a bit more forgiving on your GMAT. 720 while good, is not great from your pool-- but with strong work experience and clear goals for MBA this can be overcome. No matter where you look, do strengthen your leadership. It may be more of calling out what you already do-- such as leadership at work. I don't think you can just join an NGO a few months prior to applications and think that will cover it. This year coming up however, will be different and lots of opportunities. So do your research now-- I'm not sure INSEAD is the best fit for the profile here-- so do broaden to make sure you have options.
