Based on the limited info that you have provided, if you were to get a 720 GMAT I believe that you would be competitive. Your GMAT score would be slightly above their average, and your years of work experience by the time you attend would be slightly above their average as well. Your work at Coal India Limited stands out to me because you managed 42 people, which would give you a lot leadership examples to showcase in your essays. Many applicants don't have people management experience.
How competitive you would be will depend on how well you differentiate yourself vs. the other applicants through your essays (including LT goal) and LOR's. Some of the potential weaknesses in your application may be 1) you've had 4 jobs in 6+ years, there could be concern about your focus and commitment, and 2) you already have a PGDIM, you will need to convince the adcom as to why you need an MBA as well to achieve your LT goal.
