Hi Viswajeet,
You are in a sweet spot in terms of age, experience level, and kind of experience (non-IT profile).
The importance of degree scores will depend on the kind of B-schools you are aspiring for. The reputation of your schools such as their global ranking etc. may also matter.
And improve on your GMAT score to a 700+ with a decent breakup in verbal / quant.
Also, an IR score of less than 5 can be a red-flag for several B-schools. I would suggest to aim an IR score of 5+ and AWA score of 4.5+.
GMAT is just one of the several legs of the MBA application. Prepare your application holistically, create compelling stories in your SOP and essays. Good recommendations can also make an impact.
Since MBA is amongst the biggest investments in someone's career, I would suggest that you introspect and figure out your career aspirations. Introspection will help you create compelling stories for your essays / SOP.
Remember in the long-run to find not just a job, but a mission.
Do get in touch with us for any kind of advice.
Cheers!
