Hi sanjeebpanda,
Thanks for sharing your background info with us!
In terms of the strengths, you have some important advantages going for you -- your GMAT score is very strong, you've worked for some companies with excellent reputations, and your post-MBA goals to work in a fintech startup make a lot of sense given your prior experience.
On the other side of the scale, I see two main obstacles that you would have to overcome in your applications. First, as an Indian male engineer (particularly with the resume that you have), you'll be battling the perception that you're very capable in a technical sense, but that you're not necessarily a future business leader. Are there examples from your current or previous roles that showcased your business acumen and decision-making skills / experience? What other evidence can you provide that you'll be a strong business manager, rather than a highly skilled technical specialist? Second, your age is already well above the median age for the MBA programs that you listed. I see that you're focused on 1-year programs, which are definitely a better fit, but even then, AdComs will question why you're looking to get an MBA at this later stage of your career, so you need to have a compelling argument for it.
Executive MBA programs are probably the most appropriate given your career tenure. Many of these are part-time, so it boils down to a personal decision about whether that would work for you. But from a logical perspective, an EMBA makes the most sense for you.
I hope that helps! Best of luck!
Doris
