Hi, and thanks for writing! Especially for Rotman, Ivy, and Schulich, I would see if you can get your GMAT score closer to the upper 600s/700, to be more in line with the programs' averages, especially given how competitive the admissions process is for Indian applicants. It sounds like you have a well-rounded profile otherwise. In your application, it will also be important for you to explain your goals and the motivation behind them, and to make a strong case for why each target program is the right fit for you based on its culture, location, and resources within and outside of the classroom. Additionally, you will want to indicate specific companies in Canada that you are targeting.
I hope this helps a bit!

Hi,
I am planning to apply for MBA Colleges in Canada (2nd deadline, Sep 2021 intake). I am looking for top 5 colleges (UToronto, Ivy, Schulich, UBC, Desautels). Right now, I am really confused whether I can get a call or not with the given profile and GMAT (from at least 2-3 colleges out of these).
GMAT: 610
Academic: B.Tech (Civil Engineering) - 7.4 CGPA
Work Ex: 3.6 Years
1. Fellow- 3 Years (Teach For India)
2. Consultant -3 Months (in an organisation run by current Member of Parliament in India)
3. Co-Founder & Director (Present)- 6 months (sports based social startup with an outreach of 1500+ students and 30 Schools).
Extra-Curricular-
School:
1. KVS National Participant - 400 m Race
2. Plenty of District level sports certificate with positions.
College:
1. University Gold Medal - 4x100 m Race
2. Freshers Committee Head
3. Departmental Student representative to Vice-Chancellor for 1 year
Work:
1. Raised 7 Lakh rupees through crowd funding for community projects.
2. Project Lead with an outreach of 3000 students.
3. Core team member (fellow career conference, farewell, partnership committee)
4. Various community improvement short duration initiatives (can't mention all here)
Personal:
1. Mentor and Volunteer - Make A Difference (NGO working with underpriviledged kids)
2. Solo-Cycling expedition (3512 km) West to East corridor of India in 41 days to spread awareness of sports and fitness.
This is my overall profile, I have all the relevant proof for my experiences and everything I mentioned here. I am skipping minor projects and achievements to keep it short and crisp. With this profile and GMAT score, what all colleges I can potentially target from above mentioned list? If not these, then what are other option?
Any kind of help is highly appreciated.
