I think your work experience could be enough for many schools-- the big missing piece here is why do you want to switch from law to business? Was it smething about the failed startup? If so-- own this and show that you now realize you need an MBA to do x, y, z.... the things that foiled you when you tried to do the startup. So you have a great story to tell really-- that you realize you need more business guidance for the next time you try your startup. Try to be as specific as you can in what you need to learn from an MBA and then do your research as to how different MBA programs will help you meet your needs.
