July 2018 to May 2019 - India Biggest Law Firm
April 2019 to March 2020 - Founded a Legal Tech Startup which ultimately failed
September 2019 to February 2020 - One of India's biggest conglomerate (Took it up to fund my startup)
April 2020 - Present (Practicing independently as a lawyer)
Extra curriculars -
Several papers published in reputed journals
Participated in various international moots
Run a non-profit that provides educational grants to underprivileged kids
I am quite worried if my work experience is enough.

Your collectively work experience MIGHT be enough but for some programs, but the instability of your professional and academic experience raises big questions. Fortunately, it sounds like you are fairly young and so I would find a stable job and stick with it for at least a couple of years before applying. I don't think being a self-employed, independent lawyer will allay many concerns from an MBA admissions committee perspective.
How did you do on the GMAT/GRE or have you not taken it yet?
