I am an Indian male, 29 years and I work as Assistant Manager for a Civil Engineering Consultancy Firm in India, where I have to coordinate and manage the financial, technical & Contractual aspects of Projects with the site team as well as with the Clients. Currently, I have a work experience of 3 years 3 months. I dealt with financial and technical aspects of more than four complex infrastructure projects across India.
GPA: B Tech in Civil Engineering from NIT Calicut, India (Tier 1 college) - 6.69/10;
M Tech in Construction Management VNIT Nagpur, India (Tier 1 college) (Topper of the batch) - 9.23/10
GMAT: Yet to take.
Target Schools: Mannheim Business School, ESMT Berlin, INSEAD, HEC Paris, Rotman school of Management
I am planning to wait for this year to have a strong experience profile of more than 4 years to apply for business schools.

Progress/ Inspection Report.
* Attended Client meetings to resolve financial, design & Contractual issues, draft Contractual Correspondences & ensured efficient

I plan to pursue my career in Management Consulting or in Project Management for tier 1 consulting firms, where i believe that i will easily cope up with the industry due to the similarity with my current job profile.
As my undergraduate GPA is not very strong, It is requested to advise on how to make my resume stronger for the aforesaid Business Schools. Further, in Masters, i had the highest GPA of the batch.
Further, it is requested to advise on the GMAT score to crack it to the aforesaid Business School.
