You're correct that it's hard to base your chances of success on just your GMAT score, or frankly any other numeric measure for that matter, such as GPA and years of experience. That said, you would want to at least meet the average for each of the programs. In your case, you do exceed the average years of experience for these programs, but your GMAT is on the low side for most of your target programs. This could be compensated with stellar application essays and recommendations.
