Strengths: You have great academic credentials including but no limited to your grade point average, the caliber of your school and various recognitions you have received. At a high level, your work experiences seems appropriate for admission to a top US school. Of course, I would have to dig in more deeply to assess how that would all play out in an application.
Weaknesses: Your GMAT score is going to make things really tough for the schools you have listed. You really need to do, at a minimum, 20-30 points better. Since you are not applying until R1 2021, you should absolutely prepare to take the exam at least one more time. Additionally, your extracurricular activities seem a bit thin. You need to pick up 1 or 2 more activities. Also, accomplishments from high school will not count. Lastly, your career goal is a bit unoriginal. You will need to put forward something deeply personal and specific for your application to sing.
