Hey
Aastha1908,
At first glance itself, your profile stands out with exemplary achievements under your belt. Your GMAT score of 750 is very impressive and will allow you to target most of the top-notch B-schools. Besides that, NMIMS is a very prestigious school and its brand name aids in strengthening your profile as the schools you are willing to target tends to favour candidates from top schools of each country.
Coming to your GPA, 2.54/4 falls a bit on the lower end, however, considering that you are applying for an MBA program, it won't be much of a deal-breaker as the focus of an MBA program is primarily on the quality of the work experience. Moreover, you can easily remedy this, by posing the right alibi and diverting attention towards other aspects of your profile such as your extracurriculars, projects, internships and GMAT score.
Now coming on to your work experience, you have 4 years of work experience in Salesforce as an admin/consultant, which is quite extensive and great for targeting an MBA program. In lieu of crafting a robust application, you must focus on the quality of your work experience. Also, Salesforce is a big brand name that certainly plays a part in bolstering your profile, as you'd be facing competition from applicants from big4 companies. You can utilize your application to draw the focus on the quality of your work. Talk about the roles and positions you undertook, the teams and projects you led and the impact you created in those positions would help you establish yourself as a strong candidate.
Another significant aspect that schools focus is on extracurricular activities. So you would be required to elucidate your proactiveness in extracurricular and other initiatives. In case you don't have any, it's recommended to work upon the same to build a holistic profile. You can take up volunteering work at local shelters or join certain clubs and organizations where you'd be able to make a positive impact by leveraging your leadership and communication skills. Drawing such experiences from the undergrad would also work in this aspect but prefer to go for the current ones. You can additionally take up some courses or certifications related to your field of interest to portray your drive of excelling and upskilling yourself.
Given your school choices,
Yale and Cornell fall under the dream category (Your chances of acceptance are 50%)
Michigan can be clubbed under the upper competitive category (Your chances of acceptance are 60%)
Lastly, UNC and Marshall fall under the competitive category (Your chances of acceptance are 70%)
All things considered, it is important that you draw attention towards leadership impacts to stand out from the applicant pool. For this, I'd suggest you emphasize your admission application as a strong application holds 30% of weightage in the entire admission process and is also how you can highlight your strengths and give apt justifications for your weaknesses to smooth over any flaws in your profile. Moreover, a strong application sets you apart from the rest of the competition, and hence it is imperative that you use this tool in your arsenal to the best of your advantage.
As significant chances of your application depend on your application's quality, you might want to seek professional help to secure your spot in your target schools.
