It's hard to say with conviction whether you stand a chance at this list of schools. All of your descriptions are highly qualitative and ambiguous. I am glad you feel you have a good/excellent profile, but we are going to have to dig much deeper to better assess your profile.
That being said, I can tell you that HEC Paris and INSEAD will be a stretch with a 3.0 GPA (even with the curve) and only a 700 on the GMAT. It feels like you are meeting the 'good enough' level, though I'm admittedly less familiar with the Norwegian grading system. Are you open to retaking the GMAT? I know it's not what you want to do but if you can bump up your score 30+ points, that would do wonders for your chances.
Also, when are you thinking of applying? You are only 23 years old. You might want to accrue some more work experience. That will also take the pressure off of your GPA. Generally speaking, the further out you are from your bachelor degree, the less GPA tends to matter.
