Absolutely those are good schools to consider, but the rule still applies -- they also get many competitive applicants. Your current score is around their average, which makes these good schools that are in range, but when applications are competitive for similar profiles, you ideally want to have a score that is above the overall average...so hopefully you can raise your GMAT as planned and then they will be in more of a target range than reach.

You can absolutely apply to reach schools and SHOULD do so, but just make sure to have a good mix of tougher and more feasible schools to target to ensure success! Best of luck!
