1. Is my profile good enough to be considered for the top10 colleges (UK, EU, US)
It definitely has potential. The GMAT score, as you know, is a big x-factor. After that, it all depends on how you sell your extracurriculars (even those that are slightly dated) and work experience to date. In your case, the narrative is very important since you have other strong elements.
2. Can you suggest achievable schools with my current profile? Are these reasonable choices? Are there any schools that are better suited for my career choices and profile? What are my safe target colleges?
We should discuss in more detail, but a few schools you would consider that also meet your goals include Northwestern (Kellogg), Michigan (Ross), MIT (Sloan), Yale SOM, and Duke (Fuqua). These are all programs that place their students well into consulting and marketing roles.
3. I don't have extra curr after college except for traveling and dancing. How badly does it affect my profile? Any suggestions to improve that?
It's not ideal. You can try to get involved in things now but time is of the essence. You have to target something like helping to plan an event. Also, it should be something that obviously happens prior to submission of your application so you have an actual accomplishment to put on your resume. Plus it's better than a membership or something that wouldn't be as impressive for such a short period of time. Otherwise, you just have to focus on your professional accomplishments and other meaningful personal anecdotes.
4. Would like to know what are the main weakness that you see in my profile. Any other areas of improvement?
Your minimal extracurriculars are not a major weakness but they aren't exactly your strength either - that's not a dealbreaker. For your professional experience, I would need to know more about your story through a one-on-one conversation. It's too hard to tell from a one-way posting. Obviously anything below a 730 on the GMAT would put pressure on the other components of your application given your competitive demographic.
