I'm targeting Top Canadian B-Schools such as Schulich, UBC, Mcgill.
Here's my profile in brief:
Age : 26 years
Undergrad : Bachelor's in Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) - University of Delhi.
Undergrad % : 70.2% aggregate of 3 years.
GMAT : 640
Work-ex : Four years of entrepreneurial experience | sole founder of a sustainability startup in Solar Industry | served reputable and globally known clients such as TATA group, Reliance Group , H&M and Zomato | from a one man firm, the company expanded to 40+ professionals
Sports : District level basketball player - gold medalist | Zonal level swimmer
ECA : Organizing head of the annual cultural fest of SRCC, Crossroads'15 | Sponsorship head - raised 1.55Cr. as a cumulative amount | Vice-president - Sports society
Volunteer Service : Animal aid foundation India for past 6 years | The Saviors - Blood donation NGO

You have a terrific profile. Your work and EC experiences are really impressive and will make for an interesting application.
While I am concerned about your GMAT score, the threshold for Canadian b-school is lower so it might not be a huge deal. Still, it might limit your ability to secure admission at the top, top schools especially since it sounds like you are coming from a competitive demographic. Would you consider retaking the exam prior to applying? Gaining at least 30-60 points would really give your profile a boost.
