Hi, would appreciate any input on this.
I am an Indian female from a non-engineering background.
GMAT: 720 (V40, Q47) - open to taking it again if it would increase my chances substantially
Under graduation: Bachelor in Commerce (Accounting & Finance) 8.67/10
WE: 32 months at a big4 in risk consulting. Most work in the pharmaceutical sector. Have been the lead on audit assignments, and received awards for execution and deliverables.
International exposure: None, would have had the chance to travel for client engagements but could not due to covid
Community involvement: Teaching Assistant at Teach for India for a year during undergrad, also I volunteer to mentor kids under the firm's CSR initiative
EC: played basketball for six years in school at the district level, participated in clubs in college
Post MBA goal : consulting
Planning to apply in R1 this year.
Target schools: Duke, Columbia, LBS, HEC Paris, Stern
Would like to understand what are my chances, and if I should consider applying to any other school.

These schools are fine to apply to but you also need to consider lower ranked ones as well. Taking the GMAT will help a bit, but you have a relatively good score. The issue is that your profile isn't quite as strong from an extracurricular and work experience perspective. I'm not seeing any real differentiating factors and that includes your career goal.
You need to think hard about your 'brand' and what helps makes you different. Once you have done that, you can layer on some interesting activities and a story that will help you stand out from the pack.
