Hi experts,
I am Bhaskar from India. I am looking for some advices to build a strong profile.
Target schools: ISB, IIMs, XLRI.

12th : 70%
B.Tech : 7.4
GMAT: 720
Work exp: 5.4 years.
Industry: IT services.
Role : ERP SCM techno-functional consultant.
Brief on responsibility : Currently working as a SCM track lead for a Saudi client (MOH). Responsible to handle a team of 3 Indian and 2 Arabic resources.
I have worked with clients like Honeywell(US), Etihad(UAE), GAZT(SAUDI), MOH(SAUDI) and KACST(SAUDI).
Honeywell: Not so much to talk about, joined as a fresher stayed there for 8 months. (Peoplesoft was kind of dead thus moved to Oracle)

Presented the application as a ready made custom solution for aviation industry to my company's pre sales and leadership team.

(Govt agency)
Extra curricular:
2012-15: Co-ordinator of college tech fest,EDGE(second biggest in eastern India after IIT KGP).
2016: Head of gaming committee, Cyber crusade(40 members). (India's biggest prize pool in college gaming event - 9 lacks)
Participated and won 4-5 counter strike tournaments back in 2013-16.
(One of the best cs 1.6 team in Kolkata. Had a big passion for gaming.)
After joining corporate,I have not done such activities that I can showcase. I go to gym know about nutrition a bit and read a lot of books.
Family business: I am highly involved in my family's manufacturing business for last 2 years. Developed better quality products, quality assurance, adding machinery and going digital helped me to gain 4% profit margin (120 workers are involved. Annual turnover -
~ 3cr). (I have great experiences and can talk in great lenght).
People have told me that family business experience actually does not count that much. (If you can clarify how to use it to my advantage.)
# I have also completed data analytics course and can join a new project in next 2 months. (Will it add value to my resume? I enjoy working on technical things but this position wont be a position where I have to manage a lot of people)
I am targetting consulting as post mba industry.
In your opinion, how much chances I have to crack ISB or IIM (A/B/C) this year?
What things you would suggest me to do if I take another year to build a stronger profile to crack ISB and consulting?
TIA
