Visit our Website for more free resources and absolutely anything and everything latest about MBA on MBA and BeyondHi,
Jaychoudhary,
Thank you for your post!
First, I must say having a brand name and such plausible ECAs in your profile does help your cause! So kudos on that! Coming to your GMAT score is decent for your target B-schools, and you also have a good overall GPA. Additionally, I would suggest adding a tad more about your overall statistics and information about any additional courses, certifications, and academic accolades, and you should be good on your academic front.
About your work experience, as I mentioned earlier, being associated with big names like Amazon will help you gain additional points. However, it’s important for you to portray stellar leadership examples and draft instances where you worked above and beyond your role for the benefit of your company! Moreover, dealing with clients worldwide would definitely account for international exposure, a critical element required at top B-schools. The biggest edge will be presenting these activities strategically and ensuring they don’t go unnoticed by the adcoms.
Coming to your ECA, I believe it could be your strongest asset! Indulging in social causes like de-addiction campaigns and working for the LGBTQ+ community strengthens your application. All you need to do now is elaborate on your ECAs, especially on the leadership opportunities, and portray the impact generated. That should help start an interesting conversation between you and AdComs. Also, for your reference, I suggest you go through our article on
How to draft Exemplary ECAs for MBA Application, to understand the importance of drafting ECAs essays that inspires!
Overall, you do have a great profile for Canadian B-school.
Rotman values 'diversity and business for social good.' Make sure you highlight these values properly (especially as you have relevant ECAs) in your application and connect them to your experience. Finally, you need to be extremely clear on how an MBA can help you reach your goals and why you think it’s a good choice to go for an MBA now. If you’d like, we are happy to get on a call with you sometime this week to discuss your profile in length and further chances to your target B-schools. So feel free to

Cheers!
