Hi there! Thanks for sharing your profile with us! You've got a lot of positives -- excellent GMAT, great undergrad grades, good progression in your responsibilities over the last 4 years including team management responsibilities, plus some good extracurricular / volunteer activities. Your post-MBA goals seem very clear, and realistic too, given your current experience.
The only two concerns I see are the low GPA from the PGDM and the fact that you already have an MBA-equivalent degree. Neither of them are dealbreakers...I've seen other applicants with a PGDM get admitted to MBA programs, BUT you need to have a really clear and convincing case for why you still need the MBA to help in your career transition. You will need to write an Optional Essay about the low GPA there, but it sounds like it's explainable. So it could have a slight negative impact but your very strong GMAT (plus certifications) should help to outweigh that.
I think you've got a shot at some of the schools you list...Wharton will be the toughest. Try to think about how you can differentiate your story from other competitive applicants and really make your case for why you need an MBA but also what you will contribute to each school's community. So doing some research on each school and talking to alums, etc. will help.
Good luck with the process and do keep us posted if we can help!
