Hi All,

I am JAY, a 2022 batch pass out from IIT Kharagpur. I have been a part of American Express in the strategy side for about 2 years now. Also, performed extremely well in Amex and was the only person in my team to get promoted to Assistant Manager in 18 months.

I have had foreign research internships too while I was in college.
10th Score -  10 CG,
12th- 90.8%
Undergrad = 8.68 CG (Dept rank 3)

I was a part of NSS in college and has received awards from the chief minister of West Bengal for the work in college for the community but has been a bit away from NGO work after college.

Please can you evaluate my profile considering I want to land in one of the M7s...
