Hi! Curious what you think my chances of getting into HBS and INSEAD are.

- F
- Age: 30
- Work: tech, founded a company, currently top tier VC (7 years exp total)
- Multicultural (speak 5 languages)
- GRE 311 (taking it again, but I'm not great at standardized tests)
- First gen college student
- Undergrad top 20, but transferred from community college (after learning english), CC GPA: 3.9, Uni GPA: 3.05

I'm mostly nervous about my test scores and GPA. Curious if you think the positive career trajectory could balance it out.
