4.0 is pretty low for stanford - they do use +/- after all. maybe take community college courses?
your gmat is also a little low for your demographic
and your cookie cutter do-gooder experience will make it hard for you to stand out
i would suggest looking for more substantial community activities, especially if you can lead something
you may want to look at trans elite schools, anything else would be a stretch

IHATEMELGIBSON1, have you thought about doing a couple of years in IT. It will help differentiate you from the crowd. Be sure that your IT activities are strong enough not to appear like a last minute half-baked effort to get into B-school.
Unless you are an Indian IT male with an EE undergrad, schools want to see that you have a score upwards of 800. You may want to demonstrate leadership by coding atleast 1000 lines in Java. If you can code 10000 in cobol, then you can even be optimistic about University of Phoenix online.
